opensm version that comes with WinOF driver is older (3.3.11) then the one comes with MLNX_OFED for Linux. the winof version doesn't support the MGID static definition.
also - the opensm that comes with WinOF is in beta level and is not recommended to use in production (from what I read between the lines in the User Manual):
